The Corporation of the City of Elliot Lake invites qualified bidders to submit tenders for the supply and delivery of one (1) new backhoe loader, current production model or approved equivalent, for municipal operations. The equipment must meet or exceed the technical specifications outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT) document. The scope of work includes the provision of all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to supply, deliver, and support the unit, including warranty coverage and after-sales service. Evaluation of submissions will be based on overall best value to the City, considering factors such as compliance with specifications, total cost, delivery timeline, warranty, and service support. All submissions must be made electronically through the City’s Bids & Tenders platform prior to the closing date and time. |
