The Corporation invites qualified bidders to submit tenders for the supply and delivery of one (1) new Trackless MT7 sidewalk maintenance unit, including all standard equipment, attachments, and accessories as specified in the Request for Tender (RFT) document. 

Submissions must be made electronically through the Bids & Tenders platform no later than June 11, 2026 at 2:00 PM (local time).

The equipment will be used for year-round municipal sidewalk maintenance operations, including snow removal, sidewalk sweeping, and related public works services. Bidders must provide detailed specifications demonstrating compliance with the minimum requirements outlined in the tender documents.

The successful bidder shall be responsible for delivery, commissioning, operator training, warranty coverage, and after-sales service support. Tender submissions will be evaluated based on compliance with specifications, pricing, warranty, service capability, delivery schedule, and overall suitability for municipal operations.

All tender submissions must be completed in accordance with the instructions and submission requirements contained within the RFT document.
