| Description: |
The City of Elliot Lake is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Digital Systems Analysis (ERP). This project represents a critical first step in planning for the replacement of the City’s existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and asset management system. The selected consultant will be responsible for assessing current systems and business processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, gathering stakeholder requirements, conducting market research, and developing strategic recommendations. The consultant will deliver a detailed roadmap outlining future-state requirements, implementation considerations, estimated timelines, and high-level cost projections for system selection and deployment. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bids & Tenders portal by March 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM (EST). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions in accordance with the terms outlined in the RFP. |
