| Description: |
The Corporation of the City of Elliot Lake invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the supply of all labour, materials, equipment, traffic control, and supervision necessary to complete surface treatment on various municipal roads throughout the City. The work generally includes road surface preparation, the application of asphalt emulsion and aggregate (single or double surface treatment, as specified), rolling, sweeping, quality control testing, and all associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents, Specifications, and applicable Ontario Provincial Standard Specifications (OPSS). All bids must be submitted electronically through the City of Elliot Lake's Bids & Tenders platform no later than 2:30 p.m. (EST) on Friday, August 7, 2026. |
