The City of Elliot Lake is seeking proposals from qualified insurance brokerage firms to provide comprehensive insurance and risk management services.

The successful Proponent will act as the City’s insurance advisor and intermediary, responsible for reviewing current insurance programs, assessing coverage needs, and arranging appropriate insurance solutions. This includes property, liability, automobile, cyber, and other specialized coverages as required.

The Consultant will also provide ongoing support including market analysis, policy review, claims advocacy, risk management advice, and recommendations to improve coverage efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The successful firm will be expected to demonstrate experience working with municipal or public sector clients and the ability to deliver responsive, professional brokerage services.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bids & Tenders portal by July 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM (EST).

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions in accordance with the terms outlined in the RFP.
